Paris Games Week, or simply PGW, is a trade fair for video games held annually at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France. It is organised by SELL (Syndicat des éditeurs de logiciels de loisirs), a French organisation that promotes the interests of video game developers.
The Paris Games Week is a public event in the industrie initiative, created in 2010 by SELL and promoted by the Syndicate’s manufacturers and publishers, all focused on the same goal: to celebrate video games in all its forms and introduce new year-end innovations and industry innovations to players and families. With more than 310,000 visitors attending the 2016 edition, Paris Games Week is a must for all French video game enthusiasts. In order to welcome the hundreds of thousands of spectators, the Paris Game Week extends and invests the largest halls of the Exhibition Park of the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
