While you control Edward Kenway during your Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced escapades, crewmates are a huge part of the game, as you take to the high seas in search of more loot and unexplored islands.
There aren’t too many ways of making this crew your own, but there is one specific avenue you can take to customize the look: by changing their outfits.
If you’re a fan of Pirates of the Caribbean, you’ll be happy to know that one such outfit changes everyone on board your ship into skeletons. However, it’s pretty hidden, just like the lowest point on the map, but funnily enough, we know how to get it.
If you’re after the Deceased Crew Attire, you will have to go off the beaten path a little since it is located on an unnamed island slightly northeast of Salt Key Bank.
The coordinates for the area are (550,638), and if you zoom in on the map, you should see the small body of land we’re talking about.
Once you’re there, head to the General Store, where there should be the Deceased Crew Attire in the inventory of the shop. As for how much it costs, well, you aren’t parting with gold on this occasion.
Instead, the Deceased Crew Attire sets you back 206 Bones, which is a pretty hefty amount.
If you’re lacking in the Bones department, go and hunt as many animals as possible to farm them or simply purchase a few off the Treasure Dealer at 1,000 Reales a pop. Obviously, buying all 206 will set you back a crazy amount of coin, so we’d recommend skinning animals for the most part, hopefully allowing you not to go bankrupt.
Once you do have the Deceased Crew Attire, simply apply it via the Appearance tab in the Ship customization menu, and you’ll have the skeleton crew at your disposal.
While not exactly as appealing as a skeleton skin, there are some additional goodies you can secure from Twitch Drops, so keep an eye on some streams to earn those also.
