Despite you mainly playing through Halo: Campaign Evolved in a first-person state, there are actually a bunch of skins you can throw onto Master Chief to switch up his look.
While a lot of these are either earned in-game or given to you via more expensive editions, well, apart from wanting to look like a can of Fanta, you’ll be happy to know there are Twitch Drops where you can ‘earn’ cosmetics for free.
The first of these is to celebrate the launch of the game, and we’ve got all the details on how you can secure the goods.
The first set of Halo: Campaign Evolved Twitch Drops is live, and there’s a singular skin on offer for watching your favorite streamers.
This is the Stream of the Crop Mark V Armor Style, giving Chief another metallic-looking cosmetic option to use while blasting through the Covenant.
To get the Stream of the Crop skin, you’ll need to watch eligible Halo: Campaign Evolved Twitch streams for two hours while logged into your Twitch account. The stream you’re watching must have Drops enabled, so make sure you check before leaving it running in the background.
You’ll also need to have your Twitch account linked to your Halo Waypoint account. This is done through Halo Waypoint’s linked accounts section, and it’s worth sorting before you start watching, just to avoid any pain.
Once you’ve watched enough, head to your Twitch Drops Inventory and claim the reward. Depending on how things process, you may also need to claim it through Halo Waypoint before it appears in-game.
This initial Twitch Drop is available until August 4, 2026, so there’s a pretty small window to get it secured.
The good news is that this is purely cosmetic, so missing it won’t be the end of the world. Still, free Halo armor is free Halo armor, and if all it takes is watching a couple of hours of Campaign Evolved streams, it’s probably worth grabbing while you can.
