Frozen District is bringing House Flipper Remastered Collection to consoles on June 24th at 15:00 UTC, priced at $49.99 USD, with loyalty discounts available for returning players on both PlayStation and Xbox.
House Flipper Remastered Collection has a great deal if you’re on Xbox
The collection bundles the base game with all 10 DLCs, fully optimised for PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Alongside the original game’s houses and items, the remastered collection introduces hundreds of new items, quality of life improvements, new jobs and empty plots to flip from scratch, giving players more creative freedom than ever before on console.
Returning players are getting a decent deal on both platforms, but marginally better if you’re in the Xbox ecosystem.
On PlayStation, existing owners of the original House Flipper can pick up the collection for $39.99. Odds on you have it, considering it’s often featured with heavy discounts on PlayStation.
Xbox has a tiered discount structure instead:
- 10% off for players who accessed the original through Game Pass
- 20% off for outright owners of the original game
- 30% off for owners who also own at least one of the Garden, Pets, Luxury, Farm or Dine Out DLCs.
Theoretically, you can play House Flipper on Game Pass before this comes out and get the 10% discount. Worth doing if you already have the Game Pass sub running on your console. Less so, if you need to buy it.
For those unfamiliar, House Flipper is a first-person simulation game where players take on the role of a one-person renovation crew. You buy run-down, neglected properties, gut them, clean them up, repair damage, lay flooring, paint walls, install furniture and then sell them on for a profit.
It’s a satisfying loop of turning something ugly into something liveable, and the game has built up a sizeable fanbase since its original PC release for exactly that reason. Think of it as the gaming equivalent of those renovation shows, but you’re the one doing all the work.
This Remastered Collection is a solid package for anyone who sunk hours into the original and wants to revisit it on current hardware, as well as for new players looking to dive into the full experience without piecing together DLC separately.
