Meta Quest 4は待つ価値があるかもしれない<\/h2>

Metaは、絶大な人気を誇るQuest 3の後継機について口を閉ざしていますが、それでもインターネット上では憶測が飛び交っている。しかし、最近の報道によると、Meta Quest 4の開発は、他のプロジェクトを優先するため、一時的に後退する可能性があるとのことだ。<\/p>

Quest 3は、複合現実（MR）機能、驚異的なパンケーキレンズ、堅牢なチップセットなど、豊富な機能を搭載している。Quest 4では、OLEDスクリーン、視線追跡、高度な処理能力などが搭載され、さらに進化することが期待されている。  <\/p>

Quest 3のディスプレイは業界最高クラスの性能を誇るとはいえ、OLEDではなくLCDを選んだことは、多くのVRゲーマーにとって残念な決断だった。もちろん、すでに高額な価格がさらに高騰していた可能性はありますが、あのパンケーキレンズでOLEDを体験できたことは、きっと特別な体験だっただろう。<\/p>

新型Meta Quest 4にOLEDディスプレイが搭載される可能性はあるのだろうか？噂によると、標準モデルのQuest 4にもOLEDディスプレイが搭載されるとのことですが、よりハイエンドな「Pro」モデルにも搭載されるようだ。Metaは2019年に発売されたQuest 1以来、OLEDを採用していない。<\/p>

PSVR 2にはOLEDフレネルレンズが搭載されていますが、Quest 4に搭載される可能性のあるパンケーキ型OLEDスクリーンは、PlayStationを凌駕する可能性がある。純粋な黒、驚異的なコントラスト、そして卓越した色彩表現において、OLEDに勝るものはない。パンケーキ型レンズは、スクリーンの美しさをさらに引き立てる。<\/p>
